We offer double and triple sharing rooms and four sharing . Double sharing starts at INR 4,800 per month, while triple sharing starts at INR 4,300 per month and four sharing starts at 3,800. Plans are excluded of meals.

Is the mess food included in the monthly rent?

No. We have a seperate cafe near by named "Cafe Aveen's". Along with home delivered tiffins we also serve various food items such as Maggi, Omelette, Biryani and other.

How secure is the property?

The building is a private gated property with CCTV coverage in common areas, 24x7 female staff, and strict visitor policies. Parents are informed instantly about any late-night movement.
